Appointments
To request an appointment, please call West Bay Dental during business hours at (989) 686-5410. Our friendly Scheduling Coordinator will assist in scheduling a date and time that works for you. Call Today! * Our Appointment Cancelation Policy requests a two business day notice for any schedule change. Should an emergency arise, please notify our office at your earliest convenience, if possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. West Bay Dental does not accept any state funded (Medicaid) dental programs with the exception of Delta Dental of Michigan - Healthy Kids Dental program. *Your insurance is a contract between YOU and your insurance company. *Please read YOUR policy to be sure that you are fully aware of any limitations of benefits provided. *The ultimate responsibility rests with YOU for all charges incurred. *Your co-payment (that portion not paid under your insurance plan) is due at the time of service.
Payment Options
All estimated patient copayments are due on the date of service. West Bay Dental accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also participate with CareCredit which offers flexible payment plan options. In-House financing is available up to two months, with approval. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
